 When I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me
when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every
time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment.
Perhaps there is an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?

 Heya! I know this is sort of off-topic however I had to ask.
Does managing a well-established website such as yours take a large
amount of work? I am completely new to running a blog however I do write in my journal every day.
I'd like to start a blog so I can easily share my personal experience and thoughts online.
